Company & Founding Team

You are a university or research institute spin-off

Your company originates from transferred research outcomes.

You have a website and a LinkedIn presence

You maintain a public company website and an active LinkedIn presence.

Your website and positioning prioritize European markets

Your core positioning is focused on Europe rather than US- or Asia-first commercialization.

Your founding team includes PhD researchers

At least one founder has a PhD with direct technical relevance to your product.

Your team has strong presentation skills and routinely engages investors

Your core team can present convincingly in investor-facing settings.

Your management team speaks fluent English

Your management team can communicate fluently in English for proposal and interview processes.

Your company has developed the product continuously over multiple years

Development has not been paused for extended periods during recent years.

Investments & Equity

Your founding team holds at least 30% ownership

The founding team currently controls at least 30% of the company equity.

You have raised at least €750,000 in seed investments

Capital was raised from VCs, grants, angel investors, or a combination of these sources.
