EIC Tech to Market at Liftoff 2026: connecting EIC awardees with investors and partners in Croatia and South-East Europe

On 1 July 2026 the EIC Tech to Market Programme convened a curated group of eight EIC-supported deep-tech teams at Liftoff in Zagreb. Bayflex (France):A flexible, biodegradable electronics patch built from organic transistors and simple Bayesian circuits that classifies body signals on the skin. The company proposes ultra low-power 'green' AI sensors suitable for wearables or implantable use. Investor engagement, coaching and matchmaking

After the public pitches, participants joined a closed-door investment readiness workshop led by investors Deni Nurkić from Nucleus Capital and Srdja Iveković from Vesna Deep Tech Venture Fund. The format aimed to create candid conversations about capital strategy and fundraising readiness.
