EIC Service Catalogue, Holidays edition: free and reduced services for EIC innovators

The European Innovation Council is promoting a fresh selection of partner services that are currently accepting applications. The offers are published in the EIC Service Catalogue on the EIC Community Platform. Many of these services are available free of charge or at reduced or negotiable rates for EIC awardees and Seal of Excellence holders. The catalogue is restricted to registered members of the EIC Community Platform and the EIC recommends subscribing to the service highlights newsletter for bi-monthly curated recommendations tailored to project stage.

How the EIC Service Catalogue works

Who can access the Catalogue:The EIC Service Catalogue is available to members of the EIC Community Platform. It gathers offers from organisations that partner with the EIC to deliver acceleration, technical, legal and commercial services targeted at EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries as well as Seal of Excellence holders.
Search and filter capabilities:Registered users can filter the catalogue by service category, the type of EIC beneficiary addressed, and dates. The intent is to make it easier for innovators to find sector focused and highly technical services that are not always available through the core EIC Business Acceleration Services.

Financial support to access partner services

EIC beneficiaries can seek co-funding to engage with services listed in the catalogue. The EIC ACCESS+ mechanism offers financial support to cover part of the cost of vetted partner services. Under the ACCESS+ scheme applicants can receive a grant contribution to offset service costs. The precise amount, the share covered and eligibility criteria are described in the ACCESS+ call documents on the EIC Community Platform and the dedicated ACCESS+ webpage.

Practical note on co-funding:Information published on the EIC Service Catalogue and associated pages indicates that eligible applicants can receive co-funding up to a predefined cap and a percentage of the service cost. Applicants should consult the ACCESS+ call details when preparing an application and verify whether the intended service is eligible for co-funding.

The EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme and partner selection

The EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme selects organisations to act as EIC Partners. These partners include private venture builders, accelerators, incubators, regional and national innovation organisations, technology parks, research infrastructures and other service providers. The programme aims to broaden the range of sector- focused, specialised services available to EIC beneficiaries and to facilitate investor engagement and co-investment where appropriate.

Co-investment and interactions with the EIC Fund:Part of the programme's objective is to promote co-investment alongside the EIC Fund and to facilitate interactions between beneficiaries and private investors. The partnership model is intended to create additional routes to follow-up financing and commercial partnerships for EIC innovators.
