Share your EIC-funded project's achievements with the EIC Community
The European Innovation Council Community is calling on organisations funded under EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator to submit their success stories for promotion. The aim is to disseminate notable results from EIC-backed projects and help beneficiaries widen their visibility and networks within Europe’s deep tech ecosystem.
Who this call targets
The Community is interested in projects at different stages, from early research with disruptive potential to ventures approaching market scale. Submissions should relate to achievements that materially advance the project or business.
What to share
The EIC Community welcomes a broad range of accomplishments. Typical items include newly established partnerships, completed funding rounds, technical milestones, product prototypes, successful pilots or deployments, commercial agreements, regulatory clearances, or other major progress likely to affect the growth and impact of your innovation.

How to submit your success story
To propose a post or article, visit the EIC Community Contact page. From the category dropdown select 'Propose a post / an article'. In your message include all relevant information and use the subject line 'EIC-funded project – Success Stories'. Attach supporting material such as images, charts or short videos where possible. The Community team will review submissions for suitability for publication within EIC channels.
What to expect after you submit
Submitted stories are assessed by the EIC Community team. If accepted they may be disseminated across the EIC Community platform and related channels. Promotion is intended to increase visibility and networking opportunities but acceptance and the degree of exposure are determined by the Community team. Expect follow up questions seeking clarifications, approvals or additional assets before publication.
Practical guidance and safeguards
When preparing your submission take care to avoid disclosing commercially sensitive or legally protected information. Provide clear, verifiable facts. Where you include claims about market impact, funding, valuations, or performance provide supporting evidence or frame figures as provisional. Obtain necessary internal approvals including from consortium partners or legal and communications teams before sending material for publication.
Why share and a note of caution
Publishing successes through EIC channels can help projects gain visibility among potential partners, investors and peers across the EU innovation ecosystem. At the same time readers should be aware that featured stories are promotional in nature and do not constitute endorsements by the EIC beyond dissemination. Project teams remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.
Sectors and topics of interest
The Community highlights achievements across a wide set of domains including agriculture, biotechnology, energy, environment, engineering, finance, food and beverages, health, ICT, space, security, public sector innovation, cultural and creative economy and others. Submissions from any technology area are welcome provided they stem from EIC-funded work.
If your EIC-funded project has reached a milestone worth sharing prepare a concise, factual submission and follow the Contact page instructions. The EIC Community looks forward to receiving proposals and to helping successful projects increase their visibility within Europe’s innovation landscape.
